STEMCELL is a large biotechnology company that experienced rapid growth in a short period of time. It needed to expand the number of staff with learning and development expertise to meet the growing demand for operational, customer, and project-based training.

We met with senior executives and people involved in training at all levels of the organization to determine their business and training needs.
After researching opportunities to outsource the learning and development training to an external provider or create a program in-house, we created a plan to provide the training in-house.
