The Challenge
BC LDB was relocating alcohol distribution to a nearby town while rolling out new tools, equipment, and a Teksys warehouse management system.
With a veteran workforce averaging ~30 years of service and 24/7 operations, training had to drive real adoption without disrupting shifts.
Our approach
We built scenario-based eLearning that simulated the WMS so staff could practice safely before go-live.
At go-live, we paired teams with peer trainers who provided structured floor support and feedback—ensuring no shift was left behind as tools, processes, and workflows changed.
