The Challenge
Fraser Health implemented Meditech Expanse across 32 hospitals and facilities, replacing legacy systems in one of BC’s largest regional health authorities. With over 50,000 staff affected, the challenge was to deliver training that prepared clinicians to use the system effectively while protecting frontline capacity for patient care.
Our solution
Training was delivered through a blend of eLearning, instructor-led lessons, and readiness surveys, all coordinated through Fraser Health’s Moodle LMS.
